Annie Millwood was a widow brutally stabbed during an attack in Spitalfields on 25th February 1888. Annie was admitted to the Whitechapel Workhouse Infirmary immediately after the attack.
On 21st March 1888 she was released to the South Grove Workhouse, where she sadly died ten days later.
