Where is Peter Sutcliffe now
Peter Sutcliffe had spend most of his incarceration at Broadmoor Hospital. On 11th August, 2016, it was ruled that Sutcliffe was mentally fit to be returned to prison. On 24th August, 2016, he was moved to HM Prison Frankland in Durham.
