|Kosminski was transferred to the Leavesden Asylum near Watford. He remained there until his death in 1919.
The reasons for his admittance were well documented:
* Kosminski heard voices
* He did no work
* He refused to take food from people
* He never washed
* He ate bread from the gutters
* He drank water from taps.
